Chelle Temple holds down the backend of Team Cait as the full time Director of Operations. She handles everything from team management and client onboarding, to launch implementation and program delivery. When she’s not streamlining the 100’s of how to’s or wrangling our amazing team around multiple projects happening all at once, she is exploring the California beaches with her teenage son and mini yorkie, or traveling across the country to see her daughters and new grandbaby.
Heather Gibson
Executive Virtual Assistant
Heather supports Team CSI with all things administration, client support, scheduling and calendar management. Her favorite things are a clean inbox and an organized schedule. Heather lives in Ontario, Canada and spends her free time hiking with her fiance and golden retriever, seeing as many live concerts as possible and doing puzzles.
Brand Designer
Sierra is CSI’s brand designer and the CEO/Founder of Sierra Rose Creative. She designs brand art and marketing graphics for any new program, masterclass, or course inside CSI. Sierra is also a visionary painter, and brings her style and wisdom from that medium into her digital designs. She lives in Fort Collins, Colorado and her favorite things are being outside in nature, rock climbing, snuggling with her kitty, and making art of all kinds.

Sydney is the CEO at 22 Marketing Co. and handles all social media management on Team CSI. This includes managing multiple platforms, creating content, creating graphics, posting, and engagement. Sydney loves getting to be creative and help with launches in the backend and public-facing promotions. She lives in Seattle, WA and enjoys her time exploring with her pup and trying different coffee shops.
Cait Howard
Podcast Manager
Cait Howard, founder and CEO of Amplify Boutique, has been working with powerhouse women to launch and grow their podcasts since 2019. She helps female entrepreneurs use podcasting as a strategic asset in their business and grow their authority online. Since startup, Cait and her team have launched multiple chart topping podcasts and produce shows with millions of downloads. She is also the host Amplify Your Brand, a weekly podcast where she shares tips and strategies you can implement to amplify your message, make a bigger impact and build authority in your industry. In between the hustle of entrepreneurship, Cait stays busy chasing three tiny humans, loving on her hubby and business partner, Phillip and enjoying chips and queso anytime the opportunity presents itself.

Tech & Systems Implementer
Shamira Azlan is the brain and hands behind the tech and systems in Team CSI. She makes the sales pages into a reality, helps manufacture the client experience through backend tech and allows the team to focus on their zone of geniuses while she makes sure the systems are all in check for launches. She also has a background in evergreen funnels for $100k+ a month clients, and a background in design and event planning - that’s how her brain works! When she is not making comparison charts of her favorite tech and systems, she’s spending some quality time in North Carolina with her little family of three.
